Refund Policy

At Art by Shaneycakes, every print is made with care. Because each order is produced individually, we only offer refunds or replacements if your item arrives damaged or flawed.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We’ll be happy to sort a replacement or refund for you.

We’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size choices, or any issue not related to damage or a production flaw.
